Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation, and attach the RMA number.
4. Ship the item to the address specified by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item using the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
